Supporting (as a trainer, mentor and coach) the T-Systems Slovakia Business Excellence (DMAIC+Lean) Green Belt projects. The first wave of projects is finishing now and second wave is getting ready to start.Quality Kit 3.0 is a great success for Slovakia: Training and Certification targets were achieved 8 weeks before deadline, and now, 4 weeks before deadline, we have 95.85% trained and 93.81% certified employees. Definition of process roles and subsequent rollout of quality network in 2 departments (300+ people).Development and automation of a series of key performance and quality indicator reports, which are still being used in nearly unchanged form by my successors at the position (as of the end of 2011).

This was a very short period in T-Systems (<6 months), and during this time, I focused almost exclusively on installation of virtual machines according to work instructions, and occasional patching of several hundreds of servers in our scope. During this time, my skills as internal trainer and process-oriented person were recognized and I was asked to accept more responsibility in the area of Process management.
