I am a young chef/food specialist seeking to become a true “All-Rounder Chef” and beyond within the industry. With roughly only 3 years of experience thus far- I hunger to gain even more. I approach all my work with an intense level of passion, but all the while as calmly as can be, as cooler heads always prevail. I seek to achieve my goals through self study and by learning under those more experienced than me, those who are ofcourse willing to share their knowledge. I tend to say- If I falter, then that means I lost one but gained two- I lost in the moment, but gained from it a lesson, which will always result in growth and exprience. To improve constantly upon myself is how I strive to live, and I continue with this mindset no matter how many times I must go through ice and fire. With consistency, clarity, and always level headed intensity- victory is absolute.
