As a key member of the Product team at HappyFox, I contribute significantly to the development and enhancement of our diverse product suite. This includes our proprietary Business Intelligence platform (HappyFox BI), Assist AI (a conversational ticketing tool), Workflows (an automation tool), Chatbot, and Helpdesk app., I play a pivotal role in shaping the evolution of our product suite, which encompasses a range of innovative tools including our in-house Business Intelligence platform (HappyFox BI), Assist AI (conversational ticketing tool), Workflows (automation tool), Chatbot, and Helpdesk app.My expertise lies in product grooming, product growth strategies, implementing new features, and seamlessly integrating AI technologies into our solutions. -Built numerous dashboards and visualizations on Power BI using datasets extracted from different data pools. Helped clients to answer business questions and gain insights from data using dynamic and sensible Power BI reports.-Worked closely with the clients of huge CPG giant in delivering the reports as expected and on-time which were used by more than 500 top level users for sales and year end deal negotiations worth millions. Understanding the business requisite along with the technical requirements to work on a huge legacy system, that uses SQL, SSIS and Tableau to administer and transform substantial raw data of about 250 million records into cognitive reports. Undertook the role of leading the team from a new member of the team and seamlessly handled project management and planning.-Engaged from requirements gathering to final product handover of an Excel VBA tool that dynamically pulls in data from different sources and enumerates forecast insights that helps supply chain leaders analyze the raw material cost, warehouse cost and other product manufacture expense that will incur across the country over 100k products.

-Developed a cloud based desktop/mobile compatible web app to integrate reports of various sources like Power BI, Tableau and SSRS in one window. Azure VM was used to develop and host the app that incorporated reports of multiple vendors and allowed users to manipulate, filter and parameterize data across multiple reports by one entry in the app.
