Conduct audit or spot check at individual manufacturing sections to safeguard the accuracy of specified control parameters and work specification related to glove's quality, quanity and procedural controls. Authorized to update or revise documented specifications, procedures or work instructions to suit current manufacturing needs and regulatory/statutory requirements, in conjunction with the Manufacturing Manager & QMR. 2. Control and monitor any change control in formulation, process methods/controls, work instructions, product specification, raw material, hand molds and chemicals.3. Plan and conduct test run as well as process validation (if any) for new product, new process method, new compounding formulation or new chemicals development.4. Lead and monitor all R&D activities related to quality improvement, cost reduction and productivity improvement.5. Participate in trouble-shooting (process controls & chemically incline) and initiate effective action plans in conjunction with the Manufacturing or Production Manager. 6. Initiate necessary corrective actions and/or preventive actions at relevant manufacturing sections to safeguard quality of our product. 7.Be the head of our laboratories. Manage laboratories' concerned administration.8. Assist our QMR in preparing and updating the Technical File & Risk Management Analysis File for each product. 9.
