- Accountable for identifying, shaping and delivering a Business Intelligence and Analyticsstrategy that delivers incremental business benefits using analytics, modelling and BI systemsfor the business;- Participating in the full lifecycle of an analytics or BI project: from gathering andunderstanding the requirements to creating the functional design, architecting the solution, supervising the detailed technical design and implementation, to preparing and executing thefunctional tests;- Delivering high-quality reporting and insights through automation, insight and challenge to business areas;- Designing and managing underlying data sources to allow quick and efficient data extracts tosupport analysis;- Participating in the development of strategies, operating models (i.e. organizations &processes), roadmaps and business cases for Analytics and BI solutions;- Tracking and resolving risks, issues, and action items throughout project lifecycle.

- Analyzing data and providing suggestions for improvement of business processes and helpingin development of strategies for the future;- Defining and creating database tables, columns, calculations according to our business needs(SQL);- Data modelling using Sisense;- Ensuring data accuracy in new and existing reports (Sisense, Yellowfin, Metabase);- Creating automatization programs using Java;- Training and educating our new and existing employees.

Main responsibilities:- Positions primary responsibility is to ensure that customer faults are being worked in a manner that will result in the achievement of customer Service Level Agreement's (SLA’s) and customer satisfaction- Troubleshooting undocumented problems- Resolving problems remotely- Resolving procedural, functional, software or hardware problems in a timely mannerAs part of Deployment team:- Responsible for transition from old to new software environment for Sainsbury's (transition from Windows XP to Windows 2007)- Preparing devices for migration to the new system using SCCM, SharePoint, and monitoring tool RabbitMQ- Migrating devices- Instructing onsite engineers, leading them trough transition and applying problem fixes when needed
