Visit customer if required for final technical cum commercial discssion.To finalize all terms & condition & get P.O. Follow up with PPC,Purchase,vendor,prod to ensure machine delivery as per commited date status to customer time to time. Co-rdinate with concerned deptt for machine trials,despatch & commissioning. Take feed back & ensure timely action after sales service. Update customers about new products & latest technology, conduct training for customers engrs & technicians. To set KRA's & allign them with organization goals. To monitor deptt's KRA's & give presentation in management review meeting. To organize customers meet to know about their new requirements & valuable feedback on improvements,cost reduction & Kiazen.
