 To assist tender uploading authority for prepare RFP or Tender documents. Deep knowledge of contracts and public procurement. Understanding of various electrical & electronic product specifications. Knowledge of Normal, Custom & BOQ BIDs for Goods & Service category on GeM. Assist to officials Preparing tender (Goods & Services, Work) on GeM & IREPS Portal.  Assist to officials for direct & L1 Buying purchasing for small value contracts. Responsible for Publishing the Tender on GeM & IREPS portal. Responsible for any issue during tender opening on opening date on GeM & IREPS portal. Responsible for buyer engagement for various supports required by buyer in Bid Creation/Evaluation/Award. Collect monthly procurement data from Corporate Office as well as Fields units. Prepare various monthly, Quarterly & Yearly procurement reports of DFCC CO & Field Units. Responsible for Solving issues in Digital signing, Encryption certificate, JAVA, IREPS Signer, Embridge and login on the IREPS portal and placing the order on GeM Portal. Create Account of Buyer on GeM & IREPS. Vendor registration on GeM & IREPS. Serve as the Point of Contact for multiple buyers in Corporate Office as well as Fields units. Interaction with CRIS & GeM for IREPS & GeM issues. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a highly dynamic and fast paced high growth environment.

 Regular follow-up with Government customer  Generating Leads from End customer for future requirement Pre-Tender follow-up All Tender documents preparation.  Technical scrutiny of OEM documents to make sure the compliance. Price negotiation with OEM Technical specification negotiation with customer. Close contact with OEM and customer Prepare Technical and Commercial Bid Prepare complete tender proposal for Bidder as well as multiple OEM’s. Quote submission to customer  Tender Budget calculation  Project deadlines management  Price negotiation with OEM. Tender Bid Submission on different government portals ( i.e., CPP Portal, Prasar Bharti, GeM etc.)  Complete tender follow-up till the release of AT/Purchase order from customer.
