Working with (CNS) Customer Network Support as a System Data & Performance Administrator and providing support to all CUs in various fields. Currently Handling the Engineers Time Reporting Errors against CSRs into MUS TRI module for complete MOAI Region.Mapping the Service Order/ Network Id and Activity Code into Derivation Table as well as SMS Contracts to insuring the correct engineer Time Booking with the help of SDM and PMs.  Handling ARP/ASP resources management part for Customer Support Unit for all CUs. Responsible for PO/ GRN creation of ARP/ ASP Salary/ Monthly Reimbursement and Full & Final activities.Update and Tracking the weekly and monthly resource Time Booking activities with the respective agencies and Line Managers. 3PP Vendor Management - Support providing for CUs (Bharti, VIL, BSNL, Nortel, Bhutan)1. 3PP Asset Install Base validation and mapping for Customer Support Unit for all CUs - Bharti, IDEA, Vodafone, BSNL, Nortel etc. (New Asset updation and Old Assed deletion)2. Creating Purchase Order request for 3PP Central AMC Support POs, Circle Infra AMC POs, Circle VEHICLE POs, One Time Support POs, Intercompany POs.3. Creating GRN request (Goods Recipient Note) against valid POs into system for vendors monthly payment. 4. 3PP vendor Invoice Clearing as per agreed vendor Warranty/ AMC contracts.
