Work on agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goal.Business Targets:- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans. Improve agent productivity & Persistency.Customer Centricity- Be company brand ambassador and provide sachchi advice. Identify customer need and provide the need base solution.Field Support:- Provide field support to agent by doing FOD(Field observation and Demonstration).Train agent to work in their natural and referral market.

Acquiring new customer for product and achieving sales target. Product demonstration to customer.New lead generation and follow up with existing customer for new sale.

Managing Branch OperationResponsible for processing of new business and better applied to paid ratio.Coordination with other department in home office (such as Finance, Admin, IT and Service Center to ensure that all local operational issues are resolved.Responsible for Administration of the GO.Responsible for Customer Service.Responsible for Agent Contracting.Control and monitor process to ensure compliance on MNYL & regulatory norms.Closely monitor Daily Operations / Production / WIPEnsuring Operations and Risk Control at branch.
