• Identification of Critical equipment’s of Steel Plant by analysis of data & implementation of Predictive models based on FMEA and finalization of roadmaps for this paradigm shift of maintenance. Implementation predictive models on Rotating equipment (with Anomaly detection & Forecasting feature), FFT analysis with component level fault identification & real-time alerts integrated with SAP PM. • Drive digital projects related to Maintenance Fraternity which covers different baskets like Planning, Scheduling Successful projects: 1. Successful Completion of Predictive Maintenance projects where more than 700 top critical equipment are covered. Different solutions like FFT Analytics, SPM Analytics, Multivariate Regression Model & Smart Sensors were implemented to monitor the health of equipment.2. E Permit: Successfully implemented digital work clearance management and implemented across TSJ 3. Spares Tracking System: Developed a system for maintenance activities & tracking of segments at TSCR.4. Smart Conference Centre: A smart Centre is developed at TSCR equipped with different system which gives entire view of the plant, equipment health, integration with different workflows, collaboration with shop floor.

Responsible for looking after maintenance activities at TSCR which includes shutdown planning, break down maintenance, Spare planning, reliability of the equipment, Safety, ensuring plant delay & interruptions within the target Successful Projects1. Mold Set Up Time Reduction: Facility installation at TSCR caster to reduce the mould changing time by 6 minutes. Potential ~3cr per annum.2. Segment Campaign Life Enhancement: Increased the campaign life of TSCR caster segments from 500 heats to 800 heats

Responsible for ensuring the timely availability of Spares & Services, Inventory Management, Maintenance cost reduction, contract consolidation, spare refurbishment.
