Responsible for Building content & services ecosystem , driving customer acquisition/retention strategy for mobile & IT in South Asia region- Grow developer ,content ecosystem and app marketplace in south Asia . Collaborate with RHQ at SEA, MENA, LATAM, EUROPE to extend digital content rights and customize services for driving adoption-Successfully launched various global services like Samsung apps , Samsung Hub, Samsung games, Samsung Books /Learning ,Samsung Video and Chaton-Drive relationships with both global and regional labels in order to expand catalog and distribute across platforms and devices, driving user engagement and improving bottom line-Work closely with channel /operator sales teams & trainers to increase on ground service activation .Lot of focus on improving post purchase experience-Managed Digital Marketing for mobile & IT from 2010-2012 as well & ran extremely successful campaigns like Samsung hip apps, Samsung galaxy Note (both won award at PMAA in 2012) in addition to building a strong social community of 1.2 million between 1 January, 2011 to 31 December, 2011 (SEMBER) and conceptualized Samsung e-store-Designed and commercialized various regional consumer applications (user generated content, social integration, location, utility,entertainment etc.) and enterprise services (education , sales force automation, CRM and retail tools).-Responsible for developing and commercializing cloud based services that support convergence experiences between TV and Mobile.-Responsible for planning and execution of integrated content sourcing for Samsung Smartphone’s, Tablets ,TVs& wearable’s -Overall P&L responsibility of mobile apps and content business. Negotiated and Signed contracts with South Asian carriers for enabling billing in both global and local services-As a passion love working with VCs and accelerators for apps & games to grow small start-ups with quality services in South Asia
