Responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment.• Hands on experience of working on Applicant tracking system like CEIPAL.• Receiving the requirement from the client assigned by the company.• Analyzing the requirement with the responsibilities and skill set.• Responsible for sourcing, interviewing and qualifying candidates to fulfill current and prospective requirements.• Building and maintaining a critical talent pipeline.• Preparing the search strings according to the analysis of the requirement.• Sourcing profiles through various Job portals (CEIPAL, Career Builder, Dice, LinkedIn and Monster) and Short-listing profiles based on the specifications of the requirements.• Expertise working LinkedIn Recruiter account.
