Hello, my name is Pawan Thind and I’m currently pursuing a degree in Finance & Management with the intention to attend law school. I’m passionate about becoming a lawyer due to the experiences I have had in the past. To add to my academic education, I’m an active member of the Pre-Law Society as I want to further my education and knowledge of the law. Originally I’m from Louisiana where I work as an Operations Manager for my family’s business, Kool Construction LLC. I have gained over three years of work experience managing clients and paperwork. I'm also a runner at Stockwell, Sievert L.L.P. and the Executive Assistant for KP Southwest Gas, LLC.In addition to my academics and work experience, I have a passion for volunteering at my local temple. I help prepare food and clean the temple to give a welcoming experience to those in need and who are there for the weekly service. I also love to help first-generation children who want to learn about their culture and need a mentor to guide them. My fascination with helping others is what motivates me to go to law school as I can make a bigger impact than before.
