Making Flipkart's supply chain operations scalable, reliable & profitable by developing & delivering technology solutions around automation, robotics & IoT. - Drive automation system design based on in-depth data analysis in collaboration with cross-functional teams- Drive and manage various aspects of automation projects - scope, timeline, budget, quality, reliability, resources, communication, procurement, risk/opportunity to ensure successful implementation- Implement sortation systems such as cross belt, tilt tray, linear sorters across distribution centers to increase supply chain efficiency, reliability and speed- Collaborate with leading multi-national companies for research and development of customized sortation systems, XRay scanners and other technologies- Optimize processes in the warehouses and distribution centers through mobility solutions - Contribute to strategic decision-making related to automation and technology investments by doing in-depth technical assessments- Collaborate with leading technology organizations and startups to solve current problems in the overall supply chain logistics process* Deployed India's first of its kind robotics sortation system
