As a manager in one of the best public comprehensive schools in Poland I am responsible for:1. Planning, managing and implementation of the school budget,2. Registration, analysis and optimization of expenses and income,3. Managing projects related to school activities (trips, exchange programs, conferences, renovation works, employee training),4. Implementation of necessary IT solutions in cooperation with key stakeholders (school e-register, library software, Microsoft 365 environment, Teams, web and email hosting services),5. Administration of the Microsoft 365 school environment (user management, security supervision, implementation of new functionalities, staff training, technical support),6. Managing school assets (keeping inventory books, managing the movement of assets, conducting inventories),7. Supplying equipment and materials necessary for school’s functioning (preparation of inquiries, price comparisons),8. Writing official letters and facilitating communications with external entities,9. Preparation of contracts (rental contracts, media supply contracts, renovation contracts, service contracts),10. Management of school real estate (carrying out inspections of buildings, ordering renovations, keeping a maintenance log, ensuring accessibility for people with disabilities),11. Organisation, coordination and settlement of renting school premises (invoicing, supervision of settlements),12. Managing work of the service staff (cleaners, janitors, maintenance),13. Management of access control systems (management of user access levels, coding of access cards to rooms, event analysis),14. Management of the school's Google profile (Analytics, responding to inquiries and reviews),15. Supporting the school principal in matters related to its daily functioning.
