I was responsible for implementing project accounting module and taking ownership of it, producing standard reporting structure across all Major project, reconciliation of Project spend compared to original Business cases, providing project cost reports to relevant Project Managers. Producing Outlook/Forecast for each project and feeding into relevant business partners for inclusion in outlook/budget. Providing commentary to business partners when it comes to differences between budget and actuals. Making sure all costs are sitting in the correct departments. Also, I did reconciliation of GP and PA module and prepare data to upload into PA module.
