I am a OHS Manager with over 11 years of experience working in the Occupational Health and Safety Service in retail and wholesale organizations. I have spent over 800 hours training in the field of OHS and fire protection for employees at various levels in the organization... from Shop Assistant to Directors.🎯🎯🎯 My professional goal is to build a culture of occupational health and safety among employees. I can effectively influence human behavior so that employees and management staff are aware of potential threats occurring in the work environment and do not treat health and safety as a "necessary evil"1. "after the fact."✅ In recent years, I was the project leader responsible for coordinating and conducting health and safety campaigns aimed at promoting a culture of safe work among employees of Makro Poland and METRO AG.✅ In 2022, as part of the celebration of the World Day for Safety and Health at Work, together with my team, we conducted a national campaign for nearly 4,500 employees of Makro Poland. As part of the campaign, we prepared educational materials and instructional videos for employees. The campaign turned out to be a huge success, as evidenced by the fact that my team was entrusted with the preparation of international campaigns in the following years.✅ In 2023-2024, together with my team, we conducted international campaigns for the entire METRO AG Group, to which Makro Poland belongs.
