I enjoy building, and my personal mission statement is to make a difference and improve our world,. Therefore, I am a proud employee-owner at Swinerton. As a 100% employee-owned company, Swinerton is a partner to all we do business with--building relationships as we build exciting projects. Lets build something great together!I feel learning to excel in a team environment is critical to career success and I am excited to help organize collegiate ski and snowboard team competitions for student athletes ranging from entry level through national championship caliber with the United States Collegiate Ski and Snowboard Association, USCSA. The USCSA uses a unique team based competition model inspiring athletes to compete well individually and as part of their team, a different approach from the typical ski and snowboard individual focus. I believe we should leave things better than we find them and that to improve our world we need to teach, train, and mentor others. I am happy to support the Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership program, HOBY, inspiring high school students to challenge the status quo and take risks to achieve great things.
