Through my professional career first as an electrician, carrying out projects, then as an engineer, designing, planning and running the projects, to the position of general manager, and now member of the board in a midsized company, I have gained valuable knowledge about how to communicate and operate on all levels of an organization. I am a person who take pride in performing, and doing the best job possible, and expect people around me to do the same. I understand that the best solutions are made by the team, and that much can be gained through the common knowledge represented within the team or organization.I thrive in the role of “owner of a project” – breaking new ground, getting everyone on board and moving together.
