I also wrote ioTORQ EMIS' very first infrastructure and configuration as code using Terraform and Ansible, that serves as foundation for the software's infrastructure management.- Wrote a custom serializer for ioTORQ LEAN (an OEEE performance tracking software) that decreased task result size from 3MB to 256KB, resolving operational issues.- Supported the company's SOCII implementation by taking ownership of several controls (data backup, user authentication, business continuity/disaster recovery plans) and applying changes to our systems and processes.- Monitor, investigate, and resolve operational issues using tools such as Prometheus, Loki, Grafana, and Azure logs (using KQL).
