With my experience in the SaaS industry, I have a unique perspective on how to communicate effectively and empathetically with diverse and global customers. I leverage my skills in Salesforce, Zendesk, and many other tools to manage customer relationships, provide feedback, and resolve issues. I have been with Talkdesk for over four years, starting as a Customer Success Manager and then advancing to a team manager and a senior manager. I have contributed to the growth and courageous innovation of CX for a large portfolio of customers focusing on retention of our customer base, as well as the satisfaction and loyalty of our users. I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and a strong believer that all customers deserve excellence no matter the size of their business. I am dedicated to empowering my team to do the same. I am always looking for new ways to learn, improve, and innovate in the field of customer success.
