Led design-build teams and managed scope, schedule, and budget to deliver new builds and tenant improvements for hospitality, commercial, mixed-use, residential single-family, multi-family, senior living projects totaling over $19 million construction value.− interfaced with clients, officials, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendorsand superintendents from project initiation to completion,− conducted design development and prepared construction drawings to ensurecode compliance and to obtain permits,− performed material takeoff, procured materials, and coordinated delivery andinstallation with site superintendents,− assisted with contract life-cycle management, including drafting contract andsubcontract scopes and agreements, reviewing and negotiating change orders,and approving invoices,− prepared submittals, RFIs, RFPs and Change Orders, and− managed cloud-based document controls, coordinated meetings and trackedmeeting minutes
