• Sourcing various tenders on daily basis and identifying any contracts which may be of interest to the company, either to bid or for market intelligence purpose• Review each call for tender in detail to determine a response strategy including scope of delivery, pricing and delivery timelines• Directly responsible for bid management in creating and responding to RFP, RFI and proposals• Planning and adjusting tender submission with respect to deadlines, E-tendering, Vendor registration, etc with the framework to gain optimum output and increased efficiency• Responsible for attending bid opening meetings, delivering official product presentation, attending negotiation meetings and deal closure• Handling and maintaining close contact with government key accounts and adding clients for new business projects resulting in increased sales• Strong coordination with departments mainly accounts, production, quality, dispatch and after sales service for timely and hassle free order execution• Establish a strong relationship with potential clients (Government offices, Ministries, PSU’s, Institutions, Product Dealer’s, etc) for upcoming projects• Handle product sourcing as and when required, vendor management and liaise with suppliers to check the progress of the existing orders• Maintaining database for all executed orders and orders in hand even with the smallest bit of detail

• Managing sales enquiries, generating and forwarding quotations to government and private sector• Follow up on sales quotations for clients, negotiating terms with clients and generating business• Ensuring orders are processed according to the customer requirements and delivered on time• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, deliveries are handled efficiently• Coordination with management for the progress of the sales department and develop sales strategy• Maintaining strong relationship with foreign principles and local vendors for fruitful business
