Originating from a small-town business background, I acquired fundamental retailing and finance skills at an early age—it's in my DNA. Over a decade with Infosys in India and the US (2005-2015), I specialized in end-to-end engineering solutions for global retail giants, proving adept in both domain and technical realms.In 2016, I ventured into the startup realm, drawn to healthcare innovation. As the Chief Technology Officer at OLITO, I led transformative initiatives, crafting a Hospital Management System and patient-facing platform for online appointments and EMR management.My journey took an unexpected turn when I encountered a Teach For India banner challenging my perspectives on education. Despite not aspiring to teach, I couldn't ignore the shortcomings in our education system. Thus, I embraced the TFI challenge to champion educational equity and transform public schooling in India.Following my experience with Teach For India, my passion for technology led me to establish an ed-tech venture called "YourHomeSchool," which evolved into a social change project close to my heart.In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we explored using the YourHomeSchool platform for hybrid learning. Unfortunately, resource challenges in the offline model led to the closure of the venture.
