Total refining capacity of ZOR is 615,000 bpd.- Karbala Refinery in Iraq (EPC:South Korea Engineering& Construction, GS) order value of about 3M CAD including of about 3000 valves. As a $6-billion project the facility will have a refinery capacity of 140,000 bpd.- Developed an instructive tool named "How To Quote"​ which equipped inside sales team with necessary technical information and price/cost estimations for quoting to inquiries with special requirements from key account EPCs and end users.- Settled collaborative mutual communications between the sales team and product management team which resulted in updating the factory and production team with the latest market requirements and defining the direction of new product developments.

The scope of work was to perform preliminary market survey, exploring new application fields, estimation of running costs and preparing the price lists and providing after sales supports. The challanges were to find new potential areas, compete traditional solutions and to overcome other conventional competitors who were present in the market since years.The result was successful, about 300 pumps amounting to about 100 CAD were sold in the first year with positive feedback. After 4 years more than 2000 pieces were sold and distributed in the market.
