Accountabilities:Claims processing and updating in system.Quality management for processed claim.Preparing the daily MIS for processed claim.Pended the claim to MCR and Adjustment for information.Calculating the actual amount paid to Customer.Enhancing team’s ability through knowledge process and presentation.Responsible for coaching/mentoring team members, process training and sharing system knowledge.Well versed with Process Flow of Operations.Solving regular customer quires

 Making presentation to potential corporate customers and Brokers regarding the products. Claims processing and updating in system. Coordinating with processing centres and hubs for policy issuance Liaisoning with Accounts department for policy entry in the books of accounts. Preparing monthly commission structure for the branch and send the same to accounts. Maintaining records of total commission payout in Eastern Region. Solving Queries of Customers, Agents and Intermediaries along with case management in system Maintaining CD account for corporate client and preparing monthly CD account statement. Preparing Daily business MIS report for the branch. Strengthen team’s ability to achieve results.  Motivating Team Member Dealing with Health, Motor, Fire and engineering product claims. Cheque and Cash management, cheque bounce report and MIS preparation. Preparing daily MIS for Processed Claim.
