-Develop strategies for cultivating, soliciting, stewarding and mobilizing new and existing partners specific to the college demographic. -Make presentations to campus ministries, college Bible chairs, etc. as well as hold individual prospective partner meetings. -Monitor and report on the budget for your region both for expenses and gifts.Maintain correspondence with college donors, send personalized videos to donors, follow up emails, etc. in a timely manner.-Motivate and energize board members and other volunteers to participate in partner fundraising activities.-Assist in large fundraising campaigns and other development team projects.

Recruit students from Rutherford County High Schools. Counsel prospective students and their parents, represent MTSU at high school recruiting events, and serve as a liaison between faculty and staff involved in the admissions process. Manage territory with statistical data, weekly spreadsheet reports, and submit territory updates regarding numerical goals, current work in territory and challenges being faced with potential solutions.Create and manage MTSU Admissions Social Media as well as coordinate posts, meetings, and calendars with the Social Media Team.

Oversee all staff, parent, and children relations. Responsible for child behavior issues and parent questions or requests. Oversee all staff lesson plans, availability requests, and supply shopping. Responsible for all RISE Grants daily.

Provide childcare and organize activities for Pre-K through 6th grade. Responsible for keeping detailed attendance records, timesheets, lesson plans, recognizing and building relationships with both parents and students.
