Work with the company founder to create seasonal collections from concept to sample. Spearhead design/development/sourcing for five branded lines of gowns/separates, and various accessory collections including costume jewelry. Design, implement, update all developmental processes and line sheets. Recruit talent for the in-house atelier team and mange development workload from day to day in partnership with the atelier Mgr. Partner with production dept, managing monthly handoffs, QC, shipping. Ensuring timely delivery of raw materials, and tracking payments/shipping timelines. Address production issues with domestic/overseas factory partners as needed.

I work with the CEO/Founder on the design and development of new products and packaging. I am responsible for guiding the team in branding/marketing initiatives, as well as conducting market research and identifying growth opportunities within the cannabinoid market.

Responsible for leading design from concept through finished sample for Bridal and RTW. Responsibilities include design research, sketching seasonal collections, sourcing materials and working closely with vendors to create unique textiles/embroideries, work with patternmakers to be sure concepts are accurately executed &refined for market. Work closely with sales to ensure prices and styles meet the needs of our clients. Create seasonal concept for styling, and art direction for look books.

Worked with Creative and Design Director to create a RTW concept from the ground up. Responsibilities include garment and detail research, draping, material sourcing, creation of line sheets, and merchandising of seasonal collection. I worked directly with domestic sample rooms to develop seasonal pieces by leading fittings, delivering copious notes, and cataloguing all development on a weekly basis.

Design for main-line and specialty RTW collections, jewelry, and shoes. Responsibilities include concept/color development, material sourcing, sketching collections, and editing line plans with the team. Worked very closely with mills on print development, lab dips, and wash development for seasonal fabrics and embroideries. I also worked alongside Tech Design to prepare initial tech-packs for our factories overseas and maintained fit notes/development binders. I assisted in styling, casting, and execution of all photo-shoots, as well as managing the showroom and sample send-outs for stylists and editors

Design for runway collections and custom bridal. Responsibilities include design research, hand sketching, draping, technical flats, and maintaining all line sheets. I worked directly with the in-house atelier to execute concepts and ensure proper construction of samples and attended weekly fittings. I was also responsible for managing a team of 5+ interns.
