Entered data into the ERP to include historical data while tracking progress on Excel to manage the large set of data; minimized the overall “received not invoiced” report to include only the identified pre-paid and non-invoice accounts. Audited credit card receipts for accuracy and maintained communication between supply chain and accounting teams incases of discrepancies; received commendation from senior staff. Attended weekly sales and product team meetings for updates on product development, current clients, and potential sales opportunities to then review with supervisor for further steps.

Assisted with housekeeping operations to maintain the flow of operation by providing accommodations and amenities to ensure guest needs were consistently met. Fulfilled multiple responsibilities within the back-of-house operations, broadening time management and project management skills.
