Accountable for the drive and delivery of incremental sales and revenue growth across Telstra’s Data and Strategic solution set (Data, IP, MDN, TIPT, Video Conferencing, Collaboration, TBS/PBX, SaaS, IaaS, BaaS etc). Achieved by working collaboratively with a group of Managed Customer Service & Sales (MCSS) account teams and their customer base. Provide coaching, support and guidance to MCSS team members on Data and Strategic related solution sets. Provide sales forecasts on a regular basis. Conduct sales and revenue performance reviews across aligned region, to ensure ongoing performance to targets, and where required, develop accelerator and gap plans to address any sales and/or revenue shortfalls. Understand and articulate aligned data and strategic results and targets, as well as adapt to any changes within the business as required.Be accountable for driving and achieving incremental sales performance within aligned managed customer sales team.Effectively lead and guide aligned sales teams to identify specific data and strategic solution opportunities, through solution definition and design to propose and close;Responsible for enhancing the data and strategic solutions knowledge of their aligned team by coaching on latest products and pricing, empowering staff with knowledge to be able to discuss these solution opportunities with their customers;Develop and maintain a strong qualified pipeline of incremental opportunities in relation to data and strategic solutions.Drive aligned sales teams to develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies to meet the customer’s needs;Stay ahead of product/technology developments and transfer knowledge.Act as an escalation path as required.Provide input and review sales pipelines across aligned sales teams, to ensure a consolidated and accurate forecast on a weekly and monthly basis.
