Responsible for the planning, organizing, scheduling, and general supervision of the after school program at the school site. Responsible for implementation of the after school program; implements applicable district, agency, and grant regulations in the after school program; provides programming based on school site planskeeps accurate records for staff hiring/payroll, grant and evaluation documentation;Facilitates partnerships with appropriate public and private agencies to provide services for the students and families.Preparation of required monthly reports, communications, and other documentationPerform other duties as assigned

Oversee all programs, activities and staff for the Coalition, working closely with Executive Director.Coordinate services and activities among drug and violence prevention organizations. Manage local, county and Federal grants and reports.Collaboration with community sectors that include residents, public agencies, local organizationsProvide technical support, trainings in Drug, gang, and violence awareness to youth, adults and community based organizations and other stakeholders.Monitor and evaluate ADPA contract in terms of accomplishing program goals and meeting performance-based objectives as stipulated in the work plan.Attend roundtable meeting as representative ADPAConducting special research projects, coordinating and participating in the collection, analyses, and distribution of information on effective programs for preventing and reducing alcohol and drug problems facing communities and individuals;Preparing and participating in developing written materials such as resource manuals, educational booklets, newsletters, and other correspondence disseminating information on effective programs and strategies for preventing and reducing alcohol and drug problems facing communities and individuals;Maintaining awareness of community conditions, programs, services, concepts and research activities relating to alcohol and drug problems and programs and services to address these problems through contacts with representatives of various other County departments, public and private agencies, and citizen groups, and acts as a resource person to administrative and field staffPerforming other related duties as assigned.

Lennox Partnership for the Public's Health Initiative (PPH)Plan and implement health related activities and projects; participate in all PPH related meetings and activities; serve as a liaison between community residents and the Community Health Council; prepare all reports; Community Partner Collaboration, specifically the LA County Health Dept. and the Lennox Coordinating Council. Grant writing and sustainability related efforts.Perform other duties as assigned
