I'm working with commercialization of research results and business ideas from researchers, university students and entrepreneurs. I’m involved in activities related to our business incubation process and internationalization of startups and SME:s. I have also been active in develop tools and methods for business coaching related to our business incubations process and international business development. The work has during the years included the following projects and tasks.I have built bridges with the start-up ecosystem in New York City for Uminova Innovation and our client. I have been taken it through the whole process from strategy, reviewing the ecosystem, pinpoint relevant actors and to build a long-term collaboration with a specific partner in NYC. This has led to join bootcamps for my clients. The bootcamp has been focused on B2B-sales processes, how to use digital prospecting and sales tools and preparing your startup for the US-market.

The Enterprise Europe Network is a key instrument in the EU's strategy to boost growth and jobs. Bringing together close to 600 business support organisations from over 50 countries, we help small companies seize the unparalleled business opportunities in the EU Single Market. The EEN is a "one shop shop" for international business related questions.My role in EEN as business developer is to support SME:s to find potential business partners abroad and support them from first contact to signed contract. The process from first contact to contract can cover areas as: Intellectual property, Licensing & licensing contracts, finance and funding, market access, business cooperation/ commercial partnerships and tech transfer.I am through the EEN involvement contributing to that 5-10 cooperation agreements have been signed between Swedish and foreign companies and public organizations each year.Chair of EEN national tematic group for Sustainability and Cirular economy.Member of EEN European tematic group Sustainability and Cirular economyMember of EEN European working group for Startup/SME - Corporate collaborations.

EEN Plus Västerbotten was a project within a pilot initiative from the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth with the aim of increase Swedish SME:s level of competence in doing international business. My role in our project, in cooperation with the rest of the project team and with external industry experts, was to build and implement a programme that adds value to the ICT and Life Science companies in the County of Västerbotten, in terms of skills improvement that can ease their internationalization and growth.

Uminova Innovation was a partner in the pilot initiative for Internationalization vouchers in Northern Sweden. The aim is to give small businesses the opportunity to step into international markets or increase their level of internationalization, and also to enhance the understanding of the needs of companies linked to this. I worked as business coach within this project called “Business from the health care sector”, with targeted actions to reach an increased level of entrepreneurship in the health care sector, focusing on the operations within the University Hospital and Umeå Municipality.My work in this project was mainly focused on business coaching and idea scouting. The support activities in the project were adapted to specific needs related to early stage business ideas from the health care sector, both products and services.

Innovation Relay Centre was a European support network for the promotion of research, technology transfer and innovation. IRC network was the largest technology transfer network in the world linking research to SMEs on a regional level.I was mainly working with international technology transfer support, partner search and tailor made services to SME:s, from first contacts to international business, license and technology transfer deals.

Mainly worked with executing marketing activities and tasks related to following-up participants experience of the business plan competition, Venture cup.
