I co-authored support plans and additional software specifications that would assist in taking a dealer-channel system to market. Developed billing process spec & customer support plan with sign-off from stakeholders, created budget for GE datacenter: licenses, hosting, and DC personnel. Performed security analysis of 3rd-party software and hosting services in partnership with GE corporate. Developed System Design Document (SDD), and Software Development Plan (SDP) for a new Billing Interface to Oracle Financials. Reviewed Component Derived Requirements Documents (CDRDs) by the engineering teams and reviewed progress weekly.
