• Provide remarkable B2B technical support for clients with multimillion-dollar contracts on SAAS products.• Lead the project to upgrade client’s existing CAC professional data filters to be ICD-10 compatible. Responsibilities included, but not limited to, initial client communication, coordinating internal teams to complete configuration changes, developing SOPs for other analysts to use when working with clients, and tracking clients that completed needed changes.• Resolving multi-disciplinary issues for clients by coordinating internal teams: medical coding, programming implementation, Tier 2 Product Support, Technical Engineering, client management, etc.• Deescalating client frustration by confidently assuring that we will address their concerns.• Translating technical jargon to layman and vice versa when working as an intermediary between clients and internal technical teams.• Enhancing client engagement by learning their concerns and goals from a global perspective to tangibly link our products with their business objectives. • Facilitating multi-vendor solutions for the client by coordinating with the client and their other software vendors to resolve API communication issues.• Leading product training of internal staff for new products and upgrades by developing training programs. • Using probing questions to translate clients' concerns into actionable items.
