As a leader of the organisation’s Australian entity, I oversaw all day-to-day in-country operations and the targeting of major banks, mutual associations and fintechs across Asia. ➤ Increased business growth through defining targeted local market strategies and programs in addition to collaborating closely with US executive leadership team and offshore offices to prioritise banking opportunities within the Asian market.➤ Delivered detailed presentations to CROs and Heads of Business and Corporate Banking, offering insights on helping their bankers win more deals by structuring and pricing transactions to attain desired risk-adjusted returns.PrecisionLender LLC was sold to Q2 Holdings Inc in a cash transaction valued at approximately $US 512million in October 2019.

The Board was responsible for APRA oversight, among other strategic responsibilities, including interaction with designated actuaries and auditors.
