• Led the research, process development, implementation, and operationalization for Title V grant strategies to increase online high-need student success by 10%, including a new online course quality rubric and peer review program for more than 200 courses • Conducted rubric and peer review research, created program materials, and developed processes for peer review scheduling, master course shells, and rubric updates • Investigated online student readiness tools, tested and configured content for the approved tool SmarterMeasure, and coordinated its implementation with IT, Marketing, and Counseling & Advising• Managed a Spring 2018 email campaign, distributed via Civitas by Institutional Effectiveness, to increase retention and enrollment of a targeted group of more than 2500 online students• Consulted on new online and hybrid course development processes, resources, workflow and strategy• Reported on flexible learning models at other institutions, drafted formal institutional definitions for instructional modalities, and led updating adopted definitions online and in print for consistency of course delivery and student awareness• Wrote the college’s copyright statement, formalized a copyright and fair use training plan with the Library, and developed and implemented copyright issue intake, issue resolution, and media review processes• Created online learning content for the intranet and public website to support students and faculty • Orchestrated the college’s Illinois State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA) institutional renewal in 2016 and 2017• Represented the college on the steering committee and Open Educational Resources (OER) Task Force of the Illinois Community Colleges Online (ILCCO) consortium
