- Leading the Oil Sands Real Estate Committee- Development of Land Use / Area Structure Plans- Issuance of internal lease agreements- Support to Regulatory, Environment, Regional Development, Facilities, Operations,

- Coordinate regulatory approvals for Municipal capitals projects such as Alberta Energy (AE), Alberta Transportation (AT) and Alberta Environment and Sustainable Resource Development (AESRD).-Draft road use, pipeline and facility crossing agreements between the Municipality and external stakeholders- Assist First Nations Consultation process-Provide land acquisition services for the Municipality’s capital projects

Manage land leases and dispositions compliant with Government of Alberta (GOA) policies and guidelinesEffectively process lease and dispositions applicationsDevelop negotiation strategies for land-use conflictsSupervise and mentor team members in land-use and lease managementProvide direction and advice to internal and external stakeholdersGIS specialist for AESRD WaterwaysEstablish and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and First Nations
