I monitor the performance of the admitting, call, and night shift operations of MedOne at Riverside Methodist Hospital. I work with MedOne leadership to identify opportunities for improving and optimizing these shifts. I also interface with OhioHealth leadership on transfer and directly admitted patients.

Director of fully student-run program with goal of increasing the number of underrepresented minority and disadvantaged students that go on to become physicans. Led team of five medical students to create summer camp aimed at acheiving that goal, and in the process, improving healthcare outcomes for all populations.

Performed research with the Bergese Lab as a research fellow. Investigated the efficacy of combination therapy utilizing Aprepitant (NK-1 Receptor antagonist), Dexamethasone, and Promethazine as prophylaxis for post-operative nausea and vomiting. I also assisted in collecting and analyzing data for two concurrent nausea and vomiting studies investigating Scopolamine and Palonosetron.

Performed research as a fellow in the Division of Immunobiology with the Wills-Karp Laboratory. Over the summer, I completed a study investigating the role of micro-RNAs in the asthma phenotype.
