Steeped in customer service with a lean toward IT I've honed an ability to place people in a comfort zone and communicate ideas. This has allowed me to expand into roles such as training, project management and service recovery. In-the-field experience and polite professionalism make me an excellent ambassador for a business/brand. It helps that I just plain like people. This economy of scale allow us to innovate and grow both at home and abroad.We are engaged in POS support and Credit Card processing specifically for restaurants and bars, nationally. As a director I have the privilege to steer the company in the direction of the business executive's vision. Maintaining staff productivity, automating processes and picking up dropped balls describe my day to day contributions. Over the long term I align our infrastructure and user needs typically by advancing our UX and operations capacity. I keep a casual eye toward ITSM principles for a service desk.TL;DR You will never see me in text. Call me once and know me better than a mile of this.
