Yipox software engine enables two way real time communications between business and customers using web and mobile space. Business can use Yipox mobile iPhone applications to receive instant Help requests from customer. Business has an option to respond to the customer using Yipox web or mobile app interfaces. The project involved end to end testing of Yipox Web and Mobile applications.• Developed test plan and test cases by analyzing requirements, design documents and use cases diagrams.• Performed GUI testing on Web application as well as Mobile app including testing correct error messages, color schemes, scroll bars, tool tips, font consistency, boundary analysis etc.• End to end testing from QR code generation to customer feedback to merchant action.• Identified test cases to be automated and executed them in QTP.• Created functional libraries and incorporated while creating the reusable scripts.• Extracted log files from the server by using UNIX commands.• Used TOAD to write and executed complex SQL queries including JOINS, Operators and conditions to validate Back-end data.• Documented the errors using QC and tracked them to completion by communicating and co-coordinating with the development as well as the support group.• Supported BA and Business Users during UAT phase.• Worked in the interim and a marketing/sales person in addition to QA lead to help grow the business.
