I also worked cross-functionally with the Macy's business development team and my buying office on launching a new in-store consignment clothing division that was rolled out in August 2019. I was responsible for managing operations for the US branch as well as managing the product portfolio for the entire international company. US operations leadership included all facets of project management for key U.S. headquartered customers. This included a $1.4mm 38 facility project in the NYC area that secured a $702,000 utility rebate from Con-Edison (resulting in a 105% IRR for the customer) as well as a $3.2mm seven facility international project which included sites in the U.S., Brazil, Germany and Singapore.My product management responsibilities included direct coordination on costing and product development with our manufacturing facility and other suppliers in Shenzhen, China, and included extensive international travel, as I made nine trips to China.

I was responsible for providing operational and financial support to management, U.S. sales teams and international branches. This included working with the president & COO on preparing materials for capital raises including the long-term financial model and investment memorandum. It also included creating financial proposals for customers and project investors, including a $6.1mm shared savings contract with a fast food operator in South America and the Carribean. I was also responsible for managing and updating our pricing and costing database which included building pricing lists for countries with different cost / import structures.

Provided inside sales support to outside sales team and customers. Primary responsibilities included performing energy audits, using and improving financial analysis templates to present savings from LED conversion to customers, building and maintaining sales pipelines to create forecasts and sales projections and creating and maintaining inventory reports.

Worked as an intern with the Customer Retention marketing team, analyzing churn rates and working to improve the overall customer experience through customer outreach programs and improving customer communications. This work included various summer long projects involving analysis of changes in churn rates, as well as creating invitation lists for, setting up and hosting several exclusive subscriber events including Lady Gaga’s interview with Gayle King, SirusXM’s Celebrity Fantasy Football Draft at the HardRock Café and several live-performances and interviews at SiriusXM studios.
