Next, I was on the Partner Operations Enablement team as part Commerce and Lifecycle Operations organization. I worked on change management for new offers, acquisitions, and commerce tools to ensure partners were aware and well equipped for success as process, policy, and tool changes were made. This included working cross-functionally to perform impact assessments, craft enablement plans, and develop communications.
