In his 14 years in consulting, Peter has a proven track record of delivery, acting as a Subject Matter Expert in a variety of complex roles including numerous procurement transformation and procurement support engagements. He has a breadth and depth of experience across the entire transformation project lifecycle, for both the UK and US Public Sector, most recently in Florida. This has included programmes and projects focussed on IT and Procurement strategy, requirements gathering, business case development, service management, shared services, client-side management of suppliers and procurement process improvement projects. He leads North Highland’s Professionalizing Procurement™ service offering, part of our unique Professionalizing suite of expertise that also including IT, HR, Sales and Finance.
