Je suis avocat et associé au sein du groupe de litige de Miller Thomson. J'agis dans une multitude de dossiers de conflits entre actionnaires et j'ai acquis une expérience recherchée en matière de prévention et de règlement de différends. J'ai récemment agi dans des dossiers d’envergure en matière de détournements de fonds, de piratage informatique, d'implantation de logiciels, de valeurs mobilières, droit corporatif, services financiers et d’arbitrage international. J'ai représenté diverses institutions publiques et privées.Avant d’être admis au Barreau du Québec, j'ai obtenu une Licence en droit civil, avec distinction, à l’Université d’Ottawa ainsi qu’un Juris Doctor en matière de Common Law nord-américaine à l’Université de Montréal. J'avais précédemment obtenu un baccalauréat en Science politique à l’Université de Montréal. J'ai aussi contribué à la réalisation d’une étude marquante sur la judiciarisation des personnes itinérantes à Montréal et Ottawa.I am a lawyer and partner in the litigation group of Miller Thomson. I have been involved in many shareholders disputes and have gained a sought-after experience in prevention and dispute resolution. I recently acted in large-scale proceedings related to securities, misappropriation of funds and fraud, hacking, software implementation, corporate law, financial services and international arbitration. I have acted for various public and private institutions.Before being called to the Québec bar, I received a civil law degree from the University of Ottawa with high distinction and a Juris Doctor in North American Common Law at the University of Montréal. I had previously received a bachelor in Political Science at the University of Montréal. Moreover, I contributed to an important study on the judiciarization of homeless people in Montréal and Ottawa.
