Lead designer of the integrations workstream. I own the workflows to create a holistic user experience for service/solution integrations across VMware’s suite of Cloud & On Prem infrastructure products. Our goal is to help customers explore, discover and onboard VMware's offerings onto their infrastructure. The team also has two other mid-level designers whom I mentor and coach in areas such as: design feedback, stakeholder management, design impact and career growth.Collaborating closely with product and engineering leadership to develop product roadmap and priorities. Created a detailed UX framework that acts as a guide to any team that is looking to integrate their offerings to VMware Cloud.Led and delivered a mission critical 0 to 1 feature for vSphere, VMware’s flagship product, focused on improving infrastructure efficiency. The feature had a 73.5% adoption rate within the first three months of a release.Led design for the simplification of our IaaS platform onboarding, with a focus on decreasing networking complexity. The redesign led to an 60% increase in the end to end funnel completion.

As the lead designer for the home feed, I focused on cross platform experiences that helped in engaging and retaining our members. Increased engagement on the mobile app’s home feed from 7% to 46%. Successfully evangelized and onboarded cross-functional product teams to promote their products, features, services and promotions on Home Feed.

Lead designer of the digital security and privacy team with a focus on designing web and mobile experiences to help consumers with password management, online account security and more.Collaborated closely with the director of product to drive product strategy and identify new opportunity areas using foundational research.Mentored and managed a product design intern. Helped her successfully complete and launch two projects that had a significant impact on the team's OKRs. Redesigned the onboarding experience of the flagship mobile application (Complete Security) which helped improve completion rate of the registration from 16% to 40%.

Part of the research team that develops AVA, a NLP powered conversational chatbot.Designed both conversational flows and the front end UI of AVA’s conversational experience collaborating closely with web engineers, content strategists, bot developers and Machine Learning engineers.Designed the chat experience for AVA on Asurion’s website which led to a 24% reduction in customer support call rate for the company.

Lead and engage over 30 students in group discussions, enable them to completecourse tasks and provide constructive feedback on design projects.

Worked on redesigning several key features of GEP’s flagship product, SMART.Conducted research that included end-user interviews, contextual inquiries and testingsessions. The research informed persona’s, user journey maps and design iterations.Collaborated with UX designers, product managers, and engineers in shaping theproduct throughout the summer.Created deliverables that included wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity visualdesigns using software such as Sketch, Axure and Invision.

As the primary UX/UI designer, I Interacted with clients to gather requirements of projects spanning from enterprise applications to web interfaces and iOS/Android mobile applications.Collaborated with the creative head and senior developers during the design and development phases of projects.Used softwares such as Sketch, Photoshop, and Invision to create wireframes, prototypes and visually rich designs.Lead designer of Screeny, an iOS screenshot deleting tool. At the time of release, Screeny ranked in the top 10 of the utility section (paid) in 17 countries. It also ranked in the Top 10 paid apps in India, UK, Canada, Greece, and Egypt. Screeny has more than 100,000 downloads currently and has been featured in several major publications such as The Verge, MacStories and The Cult of Mac.
