Responsible for developing financial models and other reporting products to enhance the value of Brand Performance Support (BPS) consulting services delivered to existing franchisees, prospective franchisees, asset managers, management company representatives, and on-property leaders.

Performance Metrics was one of three divisions within the Hilton Worldwide Market Research department. The division specialized in financial performance - identifying revenue trends by brand, portfolio, and market; analyzing consolidated market-share results; and developing revenue forecasts for Hilton and its brands.

Develop and maintain financial underwriting models for hospitality real estate acquisitions. Underwriting, valuation, and due diligence projects included assets affiliated with Hilton Worldwide, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Marriott International, Hyatt and Choice Hotels.Equity Inns (NYSE:ENN) was a publicly-traded hospitality REIT with a portfolio of 130 limited-service lodging assets. In mid-2007, ENN was taken private in an acquisition by Goldman Sachs. Following the ownership change, I transitioned into an Asset Management position with Archon Group, a Goldman Sachs' subsidiary.

Provide inventory management and revenue strategy consulting services to a portfolio of 12 Marriott-affiliated hotels in Tennessee and Mississippi. This multi-brand portfolio under management included Residence Inn (extended-stay), SpringHill Suites, Courtyard, and Fairfield Inn hotels.

Courtyard by Marriott - Memphis/Lenox Park is a 96-room hotel that opened in 1998.

Fairfield Inn - Memphis/Germantown is an 80-room hotel opened in 1999.

Lodging career began in 1997 on the opening team at Courtyard by Marriott – Memphis/Germantown, TN. While pursuing a business degree at Christian Brothers University, I held full-time positions in various front-line operations roles. Courtyard by Marriott - Memphis/Germantown is a 93-room hotel opened in 1997.
