As the SAM-AMJ Administrator, I managed the daily operations and coordination of the Society for Advancement of Management's academic publishing opportunity, the SAM Advanced Management Journal. This included overseeing the intake and coordination of academic articles and manuscripts, sending them out for double-blind review, and coordinating feedback, layout, production, and distribution of a quality publication that has served the management community for 88 years.

Responsible for the daily administration of the Society for Advancement of Management. As Chief-of-Staff this includes the development, oversight, and execution of organizational programs approved by the Board of Directors for the Society.

As a Commercial Print Coordinator with The Villages Media Group, we manage our client expectations and give them white glove service using our state-of-the-art equipment from prepress through distribution, to make our partner organizations successful. Through coordinating client project submissions and optimizing for various print mediums, our clients have produced award-winning publications across the southern United States.

As a project intern with the Chamber, I was instrumental in creating and implementing the support infrastructure for the inaugural Festival on Wheels Car Sale & Airport Expo, ensuring a successful launch of this high-profile event. My responsibilities extended beyond event planning to include the development of a comprehensive database tracking system, which streamlined member interactions and enhanced communication efficiency. I also managed outreach efforts, engaging with Chamber members through both in-person meetings and phone consultations to foster strong relationships. Additionally, I worked extensively with local businesses, collaborating to design and implement robust programming for the annual Business Wellness Challenge, aimed at promoting health and well-being within the business community.

*Oversaw the campus student government association representing 3,000 students, while providing extensive leadership, training, personal and professional development to the SGA executive board of nine direct reports.*Organized and developed a comprehensive student engagement strategy that saw weekly events hosted on campus by Student Government focused on advocacy, student issues, and social engagement. Resulting in 123 events hosted over two years. *Served as SGA Representative for the College Planning Council meeting with Senior College Leaders, legislators, state education leaders, and others on policy, programming, and advocacy topics that impacted the student body directly.

*Served as the Managing Editor for The Angler, the award-winning student publication of Lake-Sumter State College. *Expanded student life event coverage and club reporting leading to sustained growth and double the page count over 3 years. *Managed the business and office affairs for the organization including the $12,000 newspaper allocation from the College and $10,000 revenue stream from advertising. *Received Circle of Excellence Designation by Florida College System Student Publications Division 4 years in a row (a state record).
