I evaluated all business systems and made recommendations for necessary improvements that were required due to predicted exponential growth in the PlayStation business. I then led the effort to replace several key business systems. Starting with ERP and then moving to Sales & CRM. When I was hired, Sony was running small business class applications on Windows platforms and at the time they were operating beyond capacity.
