As a former headteacher, I know that education is the greatest driver of social change and that change is long overdue. I was proud of the change that my colleagues and I effected for the families in our school, yet I was constantly frustrated by the injustices I saw in the world. So I took what I'd learned, walked out on my career and started a company. I did so hoping that it might effect change on the largest of scales. For years we've quietly worked to understand the challenges facing learners, families and educators in every phase and sector of UK education. I'm proud to say that together, we've worked to find solutions to many of those challenges. This in turn has helped us to articulate who we are and why we exist. Today the company I founded is on mission to empower all people gain the knowledge, skills and attributes they need to flourish throughout life. We will achieve this by providing high-quality, inclusive services that enable educators to help every learner succeed, creating a fair and equitable world.
