Initially recruited to be the primary subject matter expert for a consulting practice specifically dedicated to Aon’s Digital /Sharing Economy Practice. I currently manage risk and claims projects for 40+ clients from various industries including Digital/Sharing Economy, Real Estate, Manufacturing, and TechnologyUltimately my role is to be the client’s chief problem solver for claims and risk issues forever instilling claims can never be an afterthought.Highlights include:~ Successfully developed/piloted the role of the embedded fractional claims & insurance manager for two digital economy companies. Joined Zillow Group as a member of the Risk Management team responsible for insurance and claim component. Role entailed responsibility for insurance procurement for Corporate and Platform insurance; research and implementation of risk financing opportunities such as a Captive; as well as the design, build and management of an insurance entity.
